Boards, covers and the spec to make it work.

One high-spec board system, two cover options, two retrofit floor systems — and a technical pack with every order.
Core Product

Wet UFH board system

Pre-routed boards (1200 × 600 × 21 mm, 12–15 kg) laid directly onto solid insulated ground floors or upper floors. Designed for new builds and renovations.

We design the board layout to match each room's required temperature, so your installer simply copies the pattern.

Heat-pump friendly: flow temps 28–35°C

48 N/mm² compressive strength (concrete-grade)

1501 kJ/m³·K heat storage — fast warm-up

Δt of only 1–2°C for max efficiency

Min 25–32% energy saving vs other wet UFH

Suitable for residential and commercial

Choose Your Finish

Two cover options

Dry cover board system — fits straight over the pipes. Floor is walkable immediately, no commissioning delay.

Special compound cover — a 2–4 mm pour that covers board and pipes in one pass. Typically cures in 2–3 days.

Works with tiles, LVT, laminate and engineered wood

Heat output charts supplied for both options

Layouts engineered around your final floor finish

Supply only — your installer fits the cover

Real numbers, by flow temperature and floor finish

All figures in W/m². Use these to size the system to each room.

Dry cover board system

Flow Tiles LVT Laminate Eng. Wood
25°C 34.2 31.32 29.52 27.72
28°C 57.95 53.07 50.02 46.97
32°C 90.25 82.65 77.9 73.15
35°C 113 103 97.58 91.63

Special compound cover (2–4 mm)

Flow Tiles LVT Laminate Eng. Wood
25°C 40.8 37.41 35.26 33.11
28°C 69.35 63.51 59.86 56
32°C 105 96.57 91.02 85.47

Higher outputs achieved with the compound cover. Lower-temp performance means heat pumps stay in their COP sweet spot.

Suspended ground floor systems

For renovation contracts where the old floor is damp, rotten or simply finished — we supply two suspended ground floor systems that replace the old joist-and-board floor with a warm, dry, draught-free deck.
