We’ve been in the underfloor heating industry for a long time — long enough to see every fad come and go. What we kept coming back to was a simple truth: a wet UFH system is only as good as the board it sits on, and the layout that’s drawn for it.
So we built our business around a single, high-spec board: 1200 × 600 × 21 mm, weighing 12–15 kg per piece, pre-routed in a range of patterns (Mono B perimeter, Mono M1–M10 return fields) to suit any floor plan and any required room temperature.
The boards sit directly onto a solid insulated ground floor — perfect for new builds — but they are equally happy on upper floors. With a compressive strength of 48 N/mm² (concrete-grade), they take residential and commercial loads in their stride.

The system is designed to deliver the highest heat outputs from the lowest flow water temperatures — typically 28°C to a max of 35°C. That’s the sweet spot for any air- or ground-source heat pump, giving you the perfect COP and a minimum 25–32% energy saving against other wet UFH systems.
On top of that, a heat storage capacity of 1501 kJ/m³·K means fast warm-up times, and a delta-T of just 1–2°C across the floor means efficiency stays high day in, day out.
We don’t install. We supply boards, pipe covers and a full technical pack so your installer can copy the layout straight onto the substrate. That keeps your installer’s margin intact and keeps our advice independent.
